Reviewing and processing of incoming Global Mobility and Relocation provider invoices and liaison with Finance re payment/tracking of payment.
- Coordinate global Monthly data collection process for global tax filings (compensation, benefit & relocation data).
- Maintain and manage the global tax authorization employee list.
- Organise annual tax payments for assignees under tax equalization.
- Review and collect tax equalization payments as applicable from the assignees on a global basis.
- Monitor Certificate of coverage and A1 expiries
- Ensure workday records are updated correctly.
- Monitor and review the EMEA and US relocation reports for leavers.
- Monitor assignment expiry dates
- Prepare the UK relocation / assignment data for the UK P11D and PSA.
- Complete RTW checks for the UK and EMEA for foreign nationals, prepare the assessment information and initiate assessments with counsel as required.
- Regular audit of new hire immigration information for UK hires and global audits as required.
- Ensure immigration trackers are complete. Manage approval process for upcoming visa expiries and liaise with external counsel to initiate extensions.
- Maintain the Global Mobility mailboxes and answer basic queries.
- Ensure regular reports on BU assignment populations are issued to the BU’s as applicable
- Maintain business traveler tracking records for the UK and liaison with site receptions to be reviewed by the Senior Global Mobility advisor
- Ensure signed letters are received from individuals
- Support on global assignment projects
- Run comparison reports to identify terms from Covance who are on a visa and notify the vendor, and or the authorities as applicable.
- Assist the Senior Global Mobility Manager with terminations process for US Program
- liaise with HRPs, Payroll and Legal (as needed)
- provide final costs and specifics and repay terms to Mobility Advisor to create letters
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Assist with set up of training / inform sessions by our vendors or team to the business units.
