Pharmacist

**Job Summary**:
A Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications, providing drug-related advice, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. They play a crucial role in patient care by reviewing prescriptions, monitoring drug interactions, and educating patients about proper medication use.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Dispense medications as per prescriptions and ensure accurate dosage.
- Counsel patients on the safe use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, stocks, and controlled substances.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and pharmacy laws.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Monitor drug inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare and compound medications when required.
- Conduct quality checks on medicines to ensure safety and efficacy.
- Stay updated with new drug developments and industry regulations.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm).
- Valid pharmacist license as per regulatory requirements.
- Experience in retail or hospital pharmacy is preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drug interactions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,273.30 - ₹47,707.43 per month
