**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and suggest preventive measures
- Provide training and toolbox talks to employees on safety practices
- Maintain records of safety inspections, reports, and trainings
- Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures
- Liaise with government agencies and ensure legal compliance

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Diploma in Safety / Industrial Safety (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a safety role
- Good knowledge of OHS standards, risk assessment, and incident investigation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
