**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients in need of renovation services (residential, commercial, or industrial).
- Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
- Use various channels (online platforms, networking, referrals, cold calling) to generate new business opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations & Consultations**:

- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients to understand their renovation needs.
- Provide accurate project estimates, timelines, and pricing to clients based on their requirements.
- Offer tailored solutions to clients, presenting the company's renovation services and expertise.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and follow-ups.
- Address client concerns and questions promptly throughout the sales process and post-project completion.
- Upsell additional renovation services or upgrades where applicable.
- **Proposal & Contract Negotiation**:

- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including scope of work, cost estimates, and timelines.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, ensuring that all expectations are clearly defined and agreed upon.
- Secure signed contracts and deposits for new renovation projects.
- **Collaboration with the Project Team**:

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution once contracts are signed.
- Ensure clients are kept informed about the progress of their renovation projects.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, renovation techniques, and competitor offerings.
- Regularly analyze competitors' pricing and services to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- **Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project progress.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and forecasts.
- **Brand Promotion & Networking**:

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Promote the company's services through online and offline marketing channels.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Sales Experience**: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a construction, renovation, or real estate-related industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make clear and compelling presentations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
