The Office Boy cum Driver plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall office environment and assisting with transportation needs. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, office upkeep, and driving responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.

**Driving Responsibilities**:Safely transport employees, clients, and guests to various destinations as required.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
Follow traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers.
Keep track of vehicle maintenance and schedule regular servicing.

**Office Maintenance**:Clean and maintain the office premises, including workspaces, common areas, and restrooms.
Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage office supplies by keeping track of inventory and restocking as needed.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms, arranging furniture, and preparing for events.

**Assisting with Administrative Tasks**:Distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and printing documents as requested.
Help in maintaining office records and filing systems.
Run errands, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents to other locations.

**Supporting Office Operations**:Assist employees and guests by providing information and guidance as needed.
Perform basic clerical tasks, such as data entry and document sorting.
Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs within the office premises.
Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality when required.

**Communication**:Maintain clear and open communication with colleagues and supervisors.
Coordinate with the administrative and facilities teams to address office-related concerns.

**Professionalism and Punctuality**:Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Driving: 5 years (preferred)
