We are looking for an experienced, confident, and highly communicative **Academic Counselor** to join our dynamic team and help us empower the next generation of digital marketers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Admission Conversion**: Effectively convert leads into admissions through clear communication, persuasion, and relationship building.
- **Information Sharing**: Provide detailed information about course offerings, schedules, fees, and the career prospects in digital marketing.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled.
- **Track Progress**: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, conversions, and follow-up activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or customer relations (preferably in the education sector).
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- **Industry Knowledge**: A basic understanding of digital marketing or willingness to quickly learn and stay updated about industry trends.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Ability to meet or exceed monthly admission targets.
- **Experience in Education Sales**: Previous experience in education counseling, student recruitment, or a related field is highly desirable.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum Graduation in any Stream
- Experience in a sales-driven role.
