**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and verify export and import bills, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Maintain records of LC (Letter of Credit), shipping bills, bank realization certificates, and other EXIM-related documents.
- Coordinate with banks for document submission, negotiation, and realization of export proceeds.
- Support in preparing export documentation as per customs and DGFT regulations.
- Update and track bill status, payment schedules, and related MIS reports.
- Assist in filing and maintaining physical and electronic document records.
- Liaise with internal departments (accounts, logistics, operations) for timely bill processing and clearance.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: B.Com Graduate (Freshers preferred).
- Basic understanding of export-import processes will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under timelines and follow process discipline.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
