**Overview**

The Travel Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, tours, flights, hotels, and related services to clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable travel options, closing sales, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages, flights, hotels, visas, and insurance.
- Understand customer preferences and provide customized travel solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Coordinate bookings with airlines, hotels, and suppliers.
- Handle cancellations, changes, and other customer queries professionally.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in travel sales or the tourism industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
