Wanted - Hydraulic Press Brake Machine Operator

Qualification : ITI

Experience : Minimum 2 year as Hydraulic Press Brake Machine Operator

Age : 20 - 35 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Skilled independent CNC Press-brake machine operations
- Safely operate the machine
- Adhere to SOP, Work Instructions and Additional Instructions
- Guide the assistant /helper in the machine
- Training to assistants/helpers and other Trainees/ Officers
- Do routine maintenance and preventive maintenance of the machine
- Basic upkeep/House keeping of the machine & its surrounding Area
- Operate the machine in additional shifts/extended shifts/holidays etc - as

instructed by the Supervisor
- Work logging/register in Log/Register

**Competencies required**
- Able to handle CNC machine operations independently -often tedious & exerting and patience required
- Team work - work in tandem with the assistant/helper
- Communication skills
- Attention to details for meeting accuracy & Quality
- Able to work extended hours - OT etc. to meet customer deliveries
- Training /Coaching -Assistants
- Basic disciplines - PPE, Plant rules, Machine Safety etc
- Subordination
- Follow instructions from superior
