**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the point of contact for Japanese media partners, and platforms relevant to B2B sectors.
- Manage ad placement and scheduling across Japanese digital channels, ensuring on-time delivery and maximum ROI.
- Evaluate the performance of media buys and provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
- Manage timelines and budgets for Japanese-language media projects.
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign objectives.
- Maintain a detailed content calendar for Japanese-language campaigns.
- Drafts and issues conference reports in English & Japanese on client meetings and significant telephone calls;
- Maintain and update formal documentation, including manuals, case studies, and operational guidelines.
- Handle invoicing, order processing, purchase order generation, and maintain records of contracts and invoices for media purchases.
- Manage media schedules and placements, ensuring timely execution.
- Support the Media Buying team in purchasing advertising space (TV, radio, digital, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Japanese (native or near-native level) bare minimum JLPT N2, and professional fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Advertising, or any related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing administrative role, preferably within the B2B sector.
- Familiarity with Japanese media channels, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and keyword optimization tailored for Japanese audiences.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising strategies in the Japanese market.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
