**What will you do at Fynd?**
- ** Fynd Champion**: Ensure strict adherence to Fynd’s brand guidelines across all design outputs. You’ll safeguard our evolving visual identity, ensuring every asset reflects Fynd’s voice—authentic, modern, and distinctive.
- ** Creative Powerhouse with AI**: Design across formats using AI tools for faster, smarter visuals using tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or DALL-E, you’ll combine traditional design craft with AI-accelerated experimentation.
- ** Visual Storyteller**: Craft clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant visuals that align with campaign objectives. Bonus points for a strong understanding of **illustration styles** and their adaptation via AI tools or plugins.
- ** Deadline Daredevil**: You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously, all while meeting tight deadlines. Think on your feet and produce high-quality work under pressure.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaborator**: Partner closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- ** Quality Czar**: Conduct quality control on design deliverables. Be detail-obsessed and encourage a high-quality bar across the team.

**Some specific Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in visual design, with expertise in graphic design and illustrations.
- A strong portfolio that shows creativity, craft, and the ability to work across digital formats.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with **AI design tools** like Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Firefly, or any prompt-based image generation workflows.
- Ability to write effective **prompts for image generation** and explore creative use cases with AI.
- Strong command over typography, layout, branding systems, and modern design trends.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
