**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and quotations.
- Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain and update procurement records, reports, and inventory levels.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to budgets and cost-control procedures.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain practices.
