**Job Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele counsellor to join our dynamic team. The role requires empathy, strong communication skills, and a professional approach to client care.

**Qualification**

HSC Passed

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, follow-up calls, and networking.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including SOC, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations over the phone, highlighting the unique features and value of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Follow-Up: Track leads and follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the cybersecurity development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on course content, delivery methods, and promotional strategies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
