Sfdc Salesforce Administrator

We are currently seeking a SFDC Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

**Responsibilities**:
- Daily administration and support of SalesForce users including data quality maintenance, troubleshooting support and implementation of enhanced functionalities.- Partner with business and IT teams to prioritize enhancement requests, ensuring timelines, communication and requirements are met effectively.- Coordinate and support system upgrades to ensure long-term platform sustainability.- Continuously strive to bring new solutions and tweaks to existing features to improve productivity and support work take-out initiatives within Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud/CPQ- Support Customer Experience and Commercial organization with ad-hoc reports/dashboards for key metrics/KPIs.- Work with external vendors,3rd party providers & developers as part of product support functions.-
- Create and maintain process and system-related documentation.- Provide trainings to business stakeholders on Sales Cloud/CPQ/Service Cloud functionalities.- Identify unused/underutilized platform features & create scalable automation and processes- Work with & alongside fellow administrators & growing collective Salesforce knowledge/experience

**Essential requirements**:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting/implementing Sales Cloud/Service Cloud- Good verbal and written communication skills- Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is a plus- SalesForce Administrator certification is preferred- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously- Proven ability to be independent, resourceful and effective with mínimal direction- Excellent customer service standards when working with external/internal customers- Experience with supporting transition from SalesForce Classic to Lightning- Experience with integrating various tools and systems with Salesforce(For E.g. Marketo, Zoom info, High Spot, Hub Spot)- Experience in implementing and configuring Managed packages ,Connected apps and API integration tools is a plus- Strong declarative development skills & proven experience/knowledge in using Salesforce automation tools like Flow, Process builder- Ability to recommend, direct and implement best practices on the platform- Basic understanding of Triggers/Apex code knowledge is a plus

**Must have requirements - Technical**:
- Proven Experience & knowledge in supporting/implementing Sales Cloud/Service Cloud- Strong expertise in building Advanced & complex flows, process builders, approvals rules- Good knowledge & Experience using Data Loader- Strong Expertise in Salesforce Data security module(i.e. Profiles, Role, Role hierarchy, Sharing Rules, Permission sets etc.)- Strong working experience in Salesforce Classic & Lightning version- Experience working with Lightning Components.- Implementing and configuring Managed packages

**Preferred Experience**:
- Experience and Knowledge in supporting/implementing CPQ platforms
