Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering from a

recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project

execution.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD (mandatory), MS Office, Photoshop, Indesign, SketchUp

(mandatory)/3Ds Max (Optional), rendering software (Lumion), Revit (preferred), Rhino (preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Soft Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of BIM is a plus.
- Experience with parametric design (Rhino, Grasshopper) is a plus.
