1.Dial-out to customers in US.

2.Educate customers on products, features & offers,Complete the sale & inform order details to the customers’

3.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

4.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

5.Meet Sales targets and achieve satisfaction rating.

6.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

7.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

8.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

9.Multi-task, priorities, and manages time effectively.

10.Take the extra mile to engage customers.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Understanding of US culture, accents, time-zones & jargons.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, Hindi & Urdu added advantage.
- USA shift. Flexible part-time shifts available FOR executives.
