**Profile Introduction**:
The Hostess is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, offer assistance, and manage their seating arrangements in a timely and organized manner.
- Handle reservations, including phone and online bookings. Ensure that the reservation system is up-to-date and accurately reflects table availability.
- Coordinate seating to optimize table turnover and maintain a smooth flow of service. Manage the seating chart and waitlist efficiently during busy periods.
- Address guest inquiries, provide information about the menu and specials, and accommodate special requests or dietary needs as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure that guest requests and needs are met promptly.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Previous experience of 1-3 years as a Hostess or in a similar role within the hotel or restaurant industry is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of reservation and POS systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
