Trainee Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of monthly sales and manufacturing plan for PNS & formulation business.
- Capacity & resource planning as per given demand by BD, TP
- Monthly S&OP meeting for sales review & manufacturing plan
- Preparation of weekly and monthly production schedule
- Preparation of weekly manufacturing plan
- Calculation of material shortages
- Purchase requisition against shortages of material
- RM PM priority to QC and upon material release inform to production department for manufacturing
- Timely release FG and dispatches as per customer requirement
- Effectively usage of SAP on daily basis
- Maintain / update SAP mater data on regular basis
- MRP run as per marketing forecast / confirm POs
- To give production and other data as and when required to other departments.
- Updates on manufacturing and utilization of recourses effectively.
- Follow-up with purchase for timely availability of RM PM.
- Review of inventory for better control
- Review of slow moving non-moving items & decision on write off / salvage of material
- Update to marketing about production as and when required.
- Preparation of monthly MIS
- Calculation OTIF for Mahad site
- Maintain budget vs actual sales data on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
