**Job Title**: Cloud Security IAM Generalist

**Location: Bangalore, India**_(Hybrid - 3 days/week Work from Office)_

**Department**: Technology Risk & Information Security

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Reports To**: IAM Team Lead - Cloud Security

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled **Cloud Security IAM Generalist** with deep expertise in **Identity and Access Management (IAM) in AWS Public Cloud** to join our Technology Risk & Information Security team. You will play a key role in architecting, automating, and analyzing AWS IAM services while supporting the certification of new AWS services within a structured governance framework. This is a hybrid role based in **Bangalore**, with **3 days/week in-office**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Architect and automate the management of **AWS IAM services** in alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards.
- Analyze and evaluate new AWS services and provide formal security recommendations based on IAM integration and usage.
- Support the **Service Certification** process by reviewing AWS services and documenting safe implementation strategies.
- Rapidly acquire in-depth understanding of internal IAM frameworks deployed at **AXP in AWS public cloud**.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation and reports for both technical and business stakeholders.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong hands-on experience managing **IAM in AWS public cloud**.
- Deep knowledge of AWS IAM services including policies, roles, groups, trust relationships, service control policies (SCPs), and identity federation.
- Experience with automation and scripting related to IAM services (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform, Python, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex services and provide well-documented security recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a large-scale enterprise cloud security or IAM team, preferably in financial or regulated industries.
- AWS certifications such as **AWS Certified Security - Specialty** or **AWS Certified Solutions Architect**.
- Familiarity with IAM governance, compliance, and risk assessment processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
