**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**-Develop, maintain, and optimize comprehensive sales reports and dashboards.**

**-Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.**

**-Collaborate with the sales team to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with reporting needs.**

**-Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in reports.**

**-Prepare periodic performance reports for management review and decision-making.**

**-Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.**

**-Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.**

**-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and reporting.**

**Qualifications**:
**-Bachelor’s degree in a related field.**

**-4-5 years of experience in MIS, or a similar role.**

**-Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).**

**-Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to stakeholders.**

**-Familiarity with sales metrics and processes is preferred.**

**Skills**:
**-Data analysis and interpretation.**

**-Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).**

**-Knowledge of database management systems.**

**-Ability to work independently and collaboratively.**

**-Strong organizational and time management skills.**
