**Job Title**: Pre Sales & Compliance Executive

**Location**: Office and Customer Sites

Plexonics Technologies Ltd. is seeking a proactive individual to join our team as a Pre Sales & Compliance Executive. This role involves responsibilities related to product compliance, preparing BOM, conducting solution briefings, and proof-of-concept work. On a daily basis, you will be expected to meet various requirements as outlined below:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product Proof of Concepts (POCs) for customers
- Prepare B.O.M, RFPs/ RFQs as per customer requirements
- Analyze existing RFPs/RFQs for tenders
- Provide technical compliance and competitive analysis of products in the solution
- Work extended hours in critical situations as needed
- Attend all mandatory technical trainings
- Demonstrate new technologies and train internal staff/customers
- Identify key customer technical objections and resolve technical gaps in advance
- Travel to customer sites and conferences as required

**Expected Skills & Industry Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience working on Smart City projects & Government Tenders
- Hands-on experience with software like VMS (Video Management System), AVMS (Advance Video Management System), ANPR (Automatic Number Plate recognition system), RLVD (RED Light Violation Detection)
- Extreme passion for technology
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technical skills

**Minimum Standard of Education**:

- Engineering Degree (Electronics/ Electricals/ Power/Instrumentation/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Software/ Telecommunication)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
