**What you will be doing**
- Person will be responsible for global security operation center during his/her shift.
- Will ensure 100% uptime of access control and CCTV during his/her shifts
- Attend to alarms
- Escalate to system teams whenever any system goes offline
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts.

**What you bring**:

- 3+yrs of working knowledge of C cure 9000 or any other Access control ( lanen, Honeywell), video edge, victor and any other cctv system
- Strong Communication Skills
