**Key Responsibilities**
**End-to-End Recruitment**
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding
- Hire across departments, with a strong focus on mid-to-senior level and niche roles
**Stakeholder Management & Strategy**
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and shape hiring plans
- Drive employer branding initiatives and create a strong talent pipeline
- Provide data-driven insights and weekly hiring dashboards to leadership
**Process Innovation**
- Build, scale, and optimize hiring processes to reduce friction and improve quality
- Implement ATS best practices and explore new-age sourcing strategies (Boolean, social hiring, referral networks)
- Maintain high engagement throughout and reduce drop-offs
**What You Bring**
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting
- Proven success in closing roles across domains (Tech + Non-Tech is a plus)
- Excellent sourcing skills across platforms: LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, etc.
- Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in using ATS and recruitment analytics tools
- Passion for people, process, and progress
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
