As an IT Project Manager specializing in Mobile/Web App Development at Zartek Technologies, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering multiple mobile app projects while effectively managing a team of developers and QA professionals. Your technical expertise and project management skills will be crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of mobile/web app developers and quality assurance professionals.
- Assign tasks, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Technical Oversight:

- Leverage your technical knowledge of mobile/web app development to make informed decisions and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Ensure the use of best practices and quality standards throughout the development process.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular project updates, report on key metrics, and address client concerns or requests.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Quality Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to deliver high-quality products.
- Milestone Delivery:

- Ensure the successful delivery of project milestones, meeting client expectations and project requirements.
- Continuously monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to achieve objectives.
- Resource Management:

- Efficiently allocate resources, including human resources, tools, and equipment, to support project needs.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, specifically in mobile app development.
- Strong technical knowledge of wireframes, mobile app development technologies, platforms, and frameworks.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle complex project challenges.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
