- **Monitoring Production Process**: Observing the manufacturing process to identify any potential defects or quality issues at various stages, such as cutting, stitching, molding, and assembly.
- **Conducting Visual Inspections**: Examining finished footwear products for defects in stitching, bonding, finishing, coloring, and overall construction according to established quality criteria.
- **Performing Functional Tests**: Testing the functionality of footwear components, such as zippers, laces, closures, and soles, to ensure they operate correctly and meet performance requirements.
- **Checking Sizing and Fit**: Verifying that footwear products are accurately sized and fit according to the specified dimensions and standards to ensure comfort and usability for consumers.
- **Assessing Durability and Performance**: Evaluating the durability, strength, and performance of footwear products through wear and tear tests, flexing tests, abrasion resistance tests, and other relevant assessments.
- **Recording and Documenting Findings**: Documenting inspection results, recording defects, and maintaining detailed records of quality assessments for traceability and quality control purposes.
- **Communicating with Production Teams**: Providing feedback to production managers and technicians on quality issues, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating to implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
- **Collaborating with Suppliers**: Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to address quality concerns, resolve issues, and implement corrective measures to improve product quality and consistency.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Compliance**: Ensuring that footwear products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality certifications mandated by regulatory authorities and customer requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes, optimize inspection procedures, and prevent defects in footwear products.
