**Job Summary**:
The MIG Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding using **Metal Inert Gas (MIG)** techniques on various metals and components. The role involves interpreting drawings, preparing materials, and ensuring all welds meet project standards and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components as per specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Set up welding equipment and select proper parameters (wire feed, voltage, gas flow).
- Inspect materials and joints for accuracy, alignment, and weld quality before and after welding.
- Grind, clean, and prepare surfaces for welding.
- Conduct visual checks and repair weld defects when necessary.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure tools are in safe working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE during all welding operations.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, fabricators, and quality inspectors.
- Maintain daily production and quality records.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma / Technical Certification in Welding or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of MIG welding experience (preferably in fabrication or industrial projects).
- Knowledge of welding standards (ASME / AWS / ISO).
- Ability to work from drawings and follow instructions precisely.
- Basic understanding of English (reading and speaking).
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments.
