- Excellent knowledge of procurement principles, theories, concepts and processes.
- Demonstrates ability to develop solutions to complex procurement problems and provide high quality and/or innovative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills.
- Knowledge on using Microsoft office
- A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proven effective cross-functional business team experience.
- Proven track record cultivating in business relationship and conflict management.
- Demonstrates ability to meet goals and deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, reporting skills.
- Ability to influence outcomes with a commitment to work, communication and support team principles
- Organizational and creative skills.
- Able to demonstrate a high level procurement related approach to both internal and external customers
- Good Market contact for IT related procurement.

Knowledge and Experience:

- Strong experience working within a Procurement environment at a Sr. Executive level.
- Exposure to local/regional or Global operations and/or Tender related procurement is an advantage
- 4- 6 years of professional procurement experience is desirable
- Extensive experience supporting those at the executive to senior management level.
- Exposure to senior executive external client relationships.
