Overall KPIs:
1. Reduce TAT for each step of production process, especially repeat designs

2. Reduce defects and repair as % of total pieces manufactured / embroidered

You would be expected to:
1. Maintaining MIS (order report, inventory status, production pipeline etc.) for presentation to founders periodically, including flagging any discrepancies, delays, etc.

2. Production Pre Planning: Getting work pipeline ready for each department

3. Follow-up of all orders & alterations

4. Replication of Khakha for designs / sizes

5. Material sourcing, as required for all orders / sampling

6. Maintain Bills of Material and Karigar Books with rate verification;
7. Quality control at each stage of production

8. Maintain log of production issues identified and implement corrective actions

**Qualifications**

We value skills and results. Potential backgrounds:

- Design graduate (Fashion, Textile) from a premier design institute with 0-2 years of experience
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in use of designing softwares: Corel Draw, Photoshop and the like
- Prior experience in production management is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
