Marg ERP Expert

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marg ERP Mastery**: Operate Marg ERP like a pro—handling complete accounts, billing, inventory, GST, purchase, and sales modules with ease.
- **Accounts Management**: Maintain day-to-day accounts, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, cash & bank book handling, and all financial records.
- **GST Filing & Compliance**: Handle GST input/output, returns filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), and e-invoicing accurately through Marg ERP.
- **Inventory Control**: Manage stock entries, reorder levels, stock valuation, batch tracking, and reporting using Marg's inventory module.
- **Billing & Invoicing**: Create and manage customized invoices, billing formats, and ensure timely billing and receipts through Marg ERP.
- **Payroll & TDS (if applicable)**: Manage salary processing, statutory deductions, TDS compliance, and related entries.
- **MIS & Reports**: Generate P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, sales reports, and other key financial insights directly from Marg.
- **Issue Resolution**: Act as the go-to expert for resolving Marg ERP technical or operational issues with mínimal downtime.
- **Training & Support**: Train junior staff or users on Marg ERP usage and best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- **Proficiency in Marg ERP** with hands-on experience
- Strong accounting background with knowledge of **Tally, GST, TDS, and Taxation**.
- Deep understanding of **inventory and warehouse management**.
- Excellent **problem-solving skills**, with the ability to troubleshoot ERP issues.
- Ability to work independently and handle complete accounting responsibilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance)
- Certification in Marg ERP (if any) is a bonus
- Prior experience in **Ayurveda, Pharma, or FMCG sector** is advantageous

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
