**Responsibilities**:_
- Act as strategic partner achieving Company's Sales Targets to maintain and enhance Customer Relationships.
- Managed all stages of the Craft / Micro brewing process and standards for the lab and the plant trials.
- Interact with R&D and provide inputs on the potential for new products and improvements in existing products functionalities
- Overseeing the production process, ensuring product quality, managing resources efficiently, and contributing to the commercial success of the brewery.
- Develop and provide training programs to improve team members' brewing skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, mentor team members, and foster a positive work environment
- Implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track sales, customer interactions, and orders.
- Record all sales transactions, including product details, quantity sold, customer information, and date of purchase.
- Substantiate presence of the Company's brand and product offerings
- Enhance market share by regularly exploring new business opportunities
- Updating Company's management about the market growth potential and supporting in formulating business strategy
- Continuously acquire new customers and establish new products with existing customers
- Managing technical queries & resolving them with help of the team
- _**Willing to travel 15-20 days in a month (or as required)**_
- **Other Skill Sets Required**:_
- Must be good in Selling Skills, Relationship Management, Negotiation Skills and Presentation
- Should have good command on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Must have Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills (English and Hindi)
- Should have Enzyme brewery, yeast market knowledge and experience.

**Experience**:

- Brewing: 5 years (required)

Work Location: In person
