Our success in this area is made possible by a talented behind-the-scenes video production team. We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to create both short
- and long-form content, transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with our brand’s vision. This role requires collaboration with production teams, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and delivering compelling visual storytelling that enhances our marketing efforts.

**Objectives**
- Set and maintain a high standard for video marketing deliverables.
- Ensure consistency in content production across various platforms.
- Strengthen social media and marketing strategies through impactful video content.
- Identify and implement improvements in video editing workflows.
- Produce content tailored to diverse audiences and distribution channels.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in video marketing and editing techniques.

**Responsibilities**
- Edit both short
- and long-form videos for WP Bunch’s website and social media platforms.
- Lead video ideation, creation, and execution in alignment with marketing goals.
- Ensure all video content meets brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and enhance video projects.
- Create immersive digital experiences that captivate and inform our audience.
- Evaluate projects for brand authenticity and creative excellence.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to identify compelling shots.
- Exceptional storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Solid understanding of fundamental editing principles.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working with multi-track split audio editing.
- Knowledge of aspect ratios and video formatting for different platforms.
- Understanding of video encoding formats and best practices.
- Talent for sound design and audio enhancement.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
