
Surgical Oncologist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate patients and diagnose various forms of cancer requiring surgical intervention.
- Plan and perform complex cancer surgeries (e.g., breast, colorectal, thoracic, GI, urologic, head and neck cancers).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (medical oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, etc.) for integrated cancer care.
- Participate in tumor board discussions and contribute to treatment planning.
- Provide post-operative care, monitor patient recovery, and manage complications.
- Counsel patients and families regarding treatment options, risks, and prognosis.
- Maintain accurate medical records, surgical notes, and follow-up data.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and surgical safety standards.
- Stay updated with latest research, innovations, and treatment protocols in oncology.
- Train junior doctors, residents, and surgical assistants as needed.

**Certifications and Licenses**:
- Valid medical registration (MCI/NMC or State Medical Council)
- Fellowship or additional training in Surgical Oncology (if applicable)

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per month
