Responsible for timely and accurate completion of Month End Close activities (Revenue recognition, accruals, provisions, reserves calculation, journal entries preparation / review) and reporting.
- Prepare and Review Balance Sheet reconciliations as per defined Quality Criteria.
- Ensure compliance to SOX and other Internal Controls.
- Support Business and other teams with requested information in a timely manner.
- Support the organization in strategic projects and initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and action towards process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure appropriate and timely information / responses are provided to auditors for smooth completion of Audits.

Requirement and Qualification:

- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting / Chartered / Cost Accountant.
- Must have 4-10 years’ experience in RTR
- In-depth hands on experience of month end closing & One Stream Reporting
- Revenue recognition experience will be an added advantage
- Expert in MS Excel
- Excellent in English communication and stakeholder management
- Flexibility in all shift timings
- Must have Global RTR transition experience
