**About the Job (Role Name): 3D Visualizer**

**Position summary**:
BHIVE is looking for an individual who would be a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our Design Team and shall be responsible for managing, supporting the design team and providing assistance to the design team.

**What you’ll do (Key deliverables)**:

- A person with prior experience in a 3D visualization or design studio is a must.
- Person with In-depth knowledge of 3D visualization software like SketchUp, Vray, Lumion and any other related software.
- Possess a good understanding of the fundamentals of design and imagination.

**What you’ll bring (Key competencies and skills)**
- Creating high-quality renders and walkthroughs.
- Develop and express concepts to help the design team in part of Pitches.
- Work closely with the other teams to collaborate on deliverables.
- Ability to understand architectural CAD detail drawings.
- Create presentation and moodboards
- Good communication skills
- Capabilities to coordinate with team members
- Voluntary involvement with design ideas and implementation.
