They play a vital role in fostering student success by addressing academic challenges, identifying opportunities, and encouraging proactive decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**1. **Student Advising**
- Assist students in selecting courses that align with their academic and career objectives.
- Provide guidance on degree requirements, certifications, and academic policies.
- Help students develop academic plans to achieve short-term and long-term goals.

2. **Academic Performance Support**
- Monitor students' academic progress and identify potential challenges.
- Provide strategies for improving academic performance, such as time management and study skills.
- Refer students to tutoring, mentoring, or academic support programs as needed.

3. **Career Guidance**
- Help students explore career options related to their field of study.
- Provide information on internships, job opportunities, and graduate programs.
- Organize career fairs, workshops, and networking opportunities.

4. **Personal Development**
- Offer support and advice on balancing academics with personal commitments.
- Address personal issues that may impact academic performance, referring students to mental health or wellness resources as necessary.

5. **Documentation and Compliance**
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and academic plans.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards.

6. **Collaboration**
- Work closely with faculty, administration, and other support staff to create a cohesive support system for students.
- Participate in orientation programs, parent-teacher meetings, and other institutional events.

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.88 per month
