**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound queries.
- Provide accurate information about real estate projects and offerings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Maintain follow-up schedules and update lead status in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Interest in the real estate industry and understanding of buyer preferences.
- Ability to multitask and resolve queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in English and Telugu (preferred).
- Prior experience in the real estate domain is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
