**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:Pharmacist Duties**:

- Dispense prescribed medications and provide instructions for their use.
- Counsel patients on prescription medications, over-the-counter drugs, and healthcare supplies.
- Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products and maintain inventory levels.
- Monitor drug therapy regimens for drug interactions and contraindications.
- Comply with all relevant pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and patient histories.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pharmacy area.

**Receptionist Duties**:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient registrations.
- Handle inquiries related to prescriptions, medication refills, and general queries.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy and medical staff to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- **Licensing**: Valid pharmacist license as per local regulations.
- Proven experience in a pharmacy setting, with knowledge of pharmacy laws and procedures.
- Experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and general computer skills.
