**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing design team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design foundation who wants to take ownership of projects, create impactful visuals, and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You will design digital assets that inspire, engage, and communicate the FlexifyMe brand effectively across all channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design high-quality graphics for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize visuals aligned with campaign goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative touchpoints.
- Stay updated with the latest design and digital trends to bring fresh ideas.
- Support in creating visual guidelines and templates for scaling design needs.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of professional design experience (internships/freelance work count).
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc..
- Strong sense of color theory, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- A portfolio showcasing creativity and design execution (college/personal projects welcome).
- Ability to work on-site (remote not available).
- Bonus: Motion graphics or video editing skills.
