**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting senior ticketing agents with issuing and reissuing airline tickets (domestic and international).
- Learning about airline rules, regulations, and GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Providing basic customer service support, including answering inquiries about flight schedules and fares.
- Handling basic administrative tasks related to ticketing and reservations.
- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
- Diploma/Degree in Travel and Tourism (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
