**Working Hours**: 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday to Saturday
**Salary**: Paid on the 1st of every month

**Role Overview**:
As a Video Editor at Digiplasia, you'll play a key role in bringing our creative concepts to life. You'll work closely with our content and marketing teams to produce high-quality video content that resonates with our audience across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Production**: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- **Creative Input**: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and provide input on storyboards and concepts.
- **Post-Production**: Handle post-production tasks including color correction, sound editing, and adding visual effects to enhance video quality.
- **Content Optimization**: Adapt video content to different formats and sizes for optimal performance on various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
- **Asset Management**: Organize and maintain a library of video assets, ensuring that files are properly archived and accessible for future use.
- **Quality Control**: Review final outputs to ensure they meet the required standards and are free from errors or issues.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest video editing software, tools, and trends to continuously improve your skills.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- **Education**: A degree in Film, Media, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: 1+ years of experience in video editing. Experience in a digital marketing environment is a plus.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.). Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
- **Creativity**: An eye for detail and a knack for visual storytelling. Ability to bring concepts to life in a compelling and visually appealing way.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Ability to handle various video and audio formats and an understanding of color grading and sound design.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
