**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

As a UI/UX Designer at Buildbot, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional user experiences for our digital products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, creating wireframes, designing interfaces, and ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.

**Responsibilities**:
1. User Research and Analysis:

- Conduct user research to understand target audiences, behaviors, and needs.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improvements.

2. Wireframing and Prototyping:

- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.

3. UI Design:

- Implement brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive design language across all platforms.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to team members.

5. Usability Testing:

- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Implement changes based on user testing outcomes.

6. Stay Updated:

- Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
