Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (On-site)

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Salary**: ₹1,20,000 - ₹4,00,000 per year

Work Schedule: Day Shift

**Key Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**
- Create eye-catching graphics for web and print: logos, social media posts, brochures, banners, and more
- Design brand assets and marketing collateral that align with client requirements
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to create engaging visuals

**Web Design**
- Design responsive website layouts and user interfaces
- Convert wireframes and mockup designs into fully responsive, pixel-perfect web pages
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Optimize designs for speed, responsiveness, and user experience
- Update and maintain website visuals as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, Canva, etc.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and web layout principles
- Experience with converting wireframes and mockups into clean HTML/CSS-based designs (Bootstrap knowledge is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is a strong advantage
- Strong sense of design, layout, color, and typography
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
