**Job Description for Medical Billing TL Process Associate**

**Location: Ahmedabad, India**

**Time: 8 AM to 5 PM**

**Experience: 2+ Years in Team Handling**

**Education - Graduate**

Ø Review and verify the patient’s information against insurance company specifications through site

Ø Maintaining documentation files with patient demographic and insurance details

Ø May enter data electronically to process charges, payments, denials and adjustments

Ø Resolve routine patient billing inquiries and problems, follow up on balances due from insurance companies through Interactive Voice Response IVR/ Customer Service Representative CSR

Ø **Job Requirements**:
Ø Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ø Should be exposed to PC Skills specifically MS-Office and Internet

Ø Knowledge of medical terminology will be considered as additional advantage

Ø Work Mode - Full time

Ø Excellent in English communication (written and spoken)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹19,944.71 - ₹34,820.62 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to Relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Relocate before starting work (required)
