**Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across all business operations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
- Advise on intellectual property rights, labor laws, and other relevant matters.
- Develop and implement company policies in line with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on evolving laws and regulations affecting the business.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 per week

Schedule:

- Weekend only
