**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Generation & Client Acquisition**
- Identify and connect with potential international clients on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and LinkedIn.
- Develop strategies to increase project win rates and client engagement.

2. **Bidding & Proposal Writing**
- Create well-structured and persuasive proposals for projects on freelance platforms.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables with international clients.

3. **Market Research & Strategy**
- Research industry trends and competitors to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities for expanding the company’s services globally.

4. **Client Communication & Relationship Management**
- Handle client queries, provide regular updates, and maintain professional communication.
- Build long-term relationships with international clients for repeat business.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in international client acquisition, preferably on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn.
- Proven track record of winning projects and generating revenue.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverrr, etc.).
- Ability to write high-converting proposals and bids.

**Communication & Negotiation Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate pricing and contracts with international clients.

**Client Handling & Relationship Building**:

- Experience in managing long-term client relationships.
- Ability to handle client queries professionally and ensure client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
