**Responsibilities**:
Machine Setup: Prepare the pulverizer and dehydrator machines for operation by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Ensure that the machines are clean, calibrated, and in proper working condition.

Operation and Monitoring: Operate the pulverizer and dehydrator machines according to prescribed procedures to process raw materials into desired products. Monitor the machines' performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency and product quality.

Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks during the production process to ensure adherence to product specifications and standards. Identify and address any issues or deviations promptly, collaborating with the quality control team as necessary.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of the machines to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational problems efficiently and report complex issues to the maintenance department.

Documentation: Maintain accurate production logs, including machine settings, product output, downtime, and any relevant observations. Complete all required paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner.

Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), lockout/tagout procedures, and machine guarding. Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies related to product quality, safety, and sanitation.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including supervisors, technicians, and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth production operations. Communicate effectively to share information, report issues, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator, specifically operating pulverizer and dehydrator machines.
- Strong technical knowledge of pulverizer and dehydrator equipment, including setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols and ability to comply with safety guidelines and regulations.
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment, meeting production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, as required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
