**Role Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and self-driven **Sales Representative** who will play a key role in growing Harvvest’s community of learners. You’ll be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their goals, explaining our courses, and guiding them to the right learning path.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively engage with leads (in-person, via calls, and messages) to explain Harvvest’s programmes and offerings.
- Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Convert enquiries into enrolments through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or internal tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Represent Harvvest professionally during seminars, workshops, and college events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (any stream; marketing/finance preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (education sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and connect with people across different age groups.
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of financial markets is a plus (training will be provided).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.
