We seek a talented Junior Interior Stylist to join our team, responsible for understanding client requirements, creating stunning presentations, and sourcing loose furniture from our collections.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:
**Client Interaction**

1. Understand client needs, preferences, and design style requirements.

2. Conduct client meetings to discuss project objectives, timelines, and budgets.

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.

**Design and Presentation**

1. Create mood boards, material boards, and presentations aligning with client design styles.

2. Source loose furniture from **Furnestry** collections, ensuring coherence with client briefs.

3. Prepare and present proposals with detailed material specifications.

**Collection Management**

1. Stay updated on **Furnestry's** latest collections, materials, and finishes.

2. Maintain and organize product catalogs, samples, and swatches.

**Design Support**

1. Assist senior designers in developing interior design concepts.

2. Research design trends, materials, and technologies.

**B2B Sourcing**

1. Collaborate with suppliers to source materials, furniture, and accessories.

2. Negotiate prices, lead times, and product customizations.

**Administrative Tasks**

1. Manage project documentation, records, and timelines.

2. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in interior design, styling, or a related role.
- Proficient in design software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in luxury interior design or furniture industry.
- Knowledge of Indian and international design trends.
- Familiarity with B2B sourcing and procurement processes.
