Dance Artist

**Responsibilities**:

- **Teach Dance Classes**: Design and lead dance classes for children aged [specific age range] in various dance styles such as ,hip-hop, or creative movement.
- **Provide Feedback**: Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their skills and confidence.
- **Maintain Discipline**: Establish and enforce classroom rules and discipline policies in a positive and respectful manner.
- **Promote Creativity**: Encourage creativity and self-expression through dance, allowing students to explore and develop their own unique style.
- **Prepare for Performances**: Prepare students for performances, recitals, or competitions by organizing rehearsals, coordinating costumes, and ensuring they are confident and well-prepared.
- **Communicate with Parents**: Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, upcoming events, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
- **Ensure Safety**: Prioritize the safety and well-being of students during classes and performances by maintaining a safe and clean dance environment and following proper dance techniques and practices.
