RESIDENTIAL STAFF

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach communicative English to students of all levels
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to meet students' learning needs
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Develop and administer assessments to measure students' language proficiency
- Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a related field
- Teaching certification or relevant experience in teaching communicative English
- Strong knowledge of communicative English teaching methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
